Tariff & Pricing Hedges: Develop purchasing and pricing strategies, including specific hedges against tariffs and commodity price volatility. Work with supplier to develop annual pricing agreements that help hedge against tariff impacts and commodity price volatility. Negotiate downward pricing triggers should tariffs on our items reduce or vanish.

Inventory Optimization: Develop management strategies and oversee annual physical inventories to ensure inventory levels align with portfolio goals. Perform Physical Inventories as part of Due Diligence or during regular business or financial audits.

Logistics Network: Coordinate logistics optimization, including identifying combined service opportunities across portfolio companies.
